Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made furniture may require additional production time before dispatch. Customers will receive order updates through email or phone.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product type. Most orders within Pakistan are delivered within 3–7 business days, while custom furniture or international shipments may require additional time. Although we make every effort to deliver on schedule, delays caused by weather, public holidays, or courier services may occasionally occur.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location, product size, and shipment weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
