The Beginning
It started in a Garage.
Cosmosinfiniti began during Covid, in our parents’ garage in Islamabad. No studio, no team, no plan — just two siblings, a drive to make something, and time.
It didn’t start with wood. It started with paint — pouring colour onto surfaces, watching pigment move and settle. And then a practical problem: how do you preserve a painting permanently, without glass that reflects and distances you from the work itself? We wanted something that would bond to the surface, protect it, and become part of it.
That question led us to resin. Once we understood what resin could do on a canvas, the next thought was inevitable — what else could it do? On wood. In voids. Paired with the raw character of a live edge slab. Perhaps having grown up watching our father craft brass and wood fireplaces by hand in the late 80s had more of an influence than we realised at the time. That relationship with material — the patience it requires, the respect it demands — was already somewhere in us. When the world slowed down in 2020, we found ourselves back at the beginning of that same instinct.
About Us
The Resin Moment
Now that resin had our full attention, we began to understand just how unforgiving it is. It reacts to temperature, to humidity, to the smallest miscalculation in ratio. Our garage became a laboratory — part workshop, part experiment, mostly trial and error. We ruined pieces. We started over. We learned.
When we introduced wood — live edge slabs with their own voids, their own grain, their own logic — everything got harder and more interesting at the same time. How moisture content affects a slab’s behaviour. How to cure resin without cracking. How to let two materials meet each other honestly, without forcing either one.
None of this came from a manual. We learned it by making mistakes that cost us time, money, and more than a few slabs.
About Us
Our First Order
Our first real commission came from a diplomat — a dining table. We were new to the craft, confident in the idea, and largely unaware of the scale of the challenge ahead.
We made it. It wasn’t without its lessons. But it left our garage and entered someone’s home, and that changed something in us. It meant that what we were doing wasn’t just experimentation — it was a practice. One worth taking seriously.
Every order after that was built on what the previous one taught us.
About Us
What we stand for
We make solid wood and resin furniture. Every piece starts as a slab we’ve hand-selected ourselves. Every slab is seasoned in-house. Every finish is natural.
There are no shortcuts here — not in the material, not in the process, and not in the time it takes. We don’t work with MDF. We don’t use veneers. We don’t rush a piece to meet a deadline.
What we make is meant to last — not just structurally, but in the way it looks and feels twenty years from now.
About Us
Made in Islamabad
Everything we make is built in our workshop in Islamabad, by a small, skilled team that has grown with us since those first garage experiments. Each piece is made to order — because a piece made for your space is a different thing entirely from one pulled off a shelf.
If you see something in our collection that speaks to you, or have something in mind that doesn’t exist yet — that’s exactly the kind of conversation we’re here for.
