Who we are

At Cosmos Infiniti, we are committed to delivering premium-quality furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests for products that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once a custom product enters production or an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
